This medium-bodied short robusto has a nutty, earthy and spicy profile underscored by a delectable sweetness. Its golden Dominican Sun-grown wrapper covers a Dominican binder and filler. The blend is composed of leaves that have been aged together in a bale for at least one year. It differs from the traditional method of aging tobacco in separate bales before they are rolled into a cigar. This method was inspired from the Solera process of blending Sherry and Port wines by adding younger wines to the more mature ones wines. Aging the tobacco this way, allows the flavors in the blend to marry perfectly. The Aging Room Solera Sun Grown Festivo is handmade in the Dominican Republic.
