Crowned Heads The Lost Angel

Since 2014, Crowned Heads has launched an exclusive TAA limited release cigar under the Angel’s Anvil line. For 2020, they released The Lost Angel, which is considered a prequel to the Angel’s Anvil. Hand crafted at E.P. Carrillo’s famed Tabacalera Alianza in the Dominican Republic, the Lost Angel features a natural Ecuadorian Sumatra-seed wrapper that cloaks a Nicaraguan binder and filler. Medium in strength yet full-bodied, this angel has a down-to-earth flavor that is spicy, woodsy, peppery, and earthy. The Tobacconist Association of America (TAA) is a group of the top tobacconists in the nation. It consists of about 80 retailers and 40 manufacturers, which Neptune Cigars is a proud member.

This was not a bad cigar, the over all smoke of it was just ok for me. The draw on was outstanding, it did burn uneven for me and the taste wasn't what I prefer. This is just an ok cigar for me, but again that is just me. Others might find it exactly what they want.

Really outstanding. Some coffee sneaks in, but mostly it's earth with some spice. No real transitions through the whole cigar is my only complaint.

A good cigar, not exceptional, Appearance, Draw, burned evenly, pleasant aroma balanced of flavors, not box worthy for me, but it will be for some, but definitely worth having 3-5 in the humidor
