Flor de las Antillas Cigars

Brought to you in 2012 by the renowned Garcia family, Flor de Las Antillas is a Nicaraguan puro made at the My Father Cigars factory in Esteli. Named after Cuba, the largest of the Caribbean's Antilles island chain, this complex medium-bodied blend wasn't out very long before receiving numerous awards, including Cigar Aficionado's coveted #1 spot in the 2012 Top 25 Cigars of the Year list. Fast forward to present day and the Flor de Las Antillas has become so ubiquitous as an affordable premium cigar, it is no longer simply a recommended smoke - it's flat-out required.

Flor de las Antillas

The Flor de las Antillas name is a reference to Cuba, the largest island in the Caribbean's Antilles. This Nicaraguan puro is box pressed, with a very beautiful band that portrays artwork from the early 20th century. This delicious cigar has been selected as the #1 Cigar of the Year 2012 by Cigar Aficionado, for it is a complex, medium bodied stick that delights the palate with subtle spice and rich flavor. Flor de las Antillas is made in the My Father Cigars factory in Esteli, Nicaragua with a Sun Grown Nicaraguan wrapper.

Kass  Hi guys, quick question, im ordering a box of these to the UK, im planning on paying the customs and excise taxes, but need to know 2 things, 1, what is the weight of the cigars, and 2, do customs take into account the total weight of the box including the box or do they only take into account the weight of the cigars and if so is the weight of the cigars on the invoice or is the total weight including the box on the invoice?

Douglas French  If your going to store this in a electric cooled humidor can you leave it in the box? should you remove them from the plastic packages in the box? and finally do I need to crack the box open frequently to let humidity into the box?

Aaron  If a box of these cigars weighs about 1.45 pounds, is that just the cigars alone or the box as well included in the 1.45 pounds? Could you please tell me how much the cigars weigh each? Asking for tax purposes in Australia. Thanks
