The Culture Blend No. 3 Toro is a medium to full strength cigar that is handmade in the Dominican Republic. It is the first release by Cigar Culture, which is a group devoted to providing aficionados with information about cigars and tobaccos. The group was founded by Adrian Acosta who was formerly with Nat Sherman and AJ Fernandez. The cigar features an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper that covers a Dominican Olor binder and a filler composed of Nicaraguan Criollo ’98, Dominican Republic Piloto Cubano, Dominican Criollo ’98, and Dominican San Vicente fillers.
