The availability of an item is displayed in real time* on the product detail page, along with the estimated delivery date**. If all the items you ordered are in stock, your order will be shipped within 24 hours (not including weekends and holidays) provided that no additional information is required and we are able to process your payment.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 PM EST will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will usually ship the next business day. Special order items usually ship within 3-5 business days.
We ship from our warehouse in Miami, Florida.
If an item on our website is out of stock, you can request to be emailed when the item is back in stock. Just click on the "Email Me When Available" button on the product's detail page.
You can check your order status by clicking on the "Your Account" button at the top of any page. Once on your account page, click on "Order History".
