If your credit card is declined or if the billing address you provide does not match the address where your credit card statement is mailed, we will notify you via email. Please make sure that you provide an accurate e-mail address and check your e-mail after you place an order.
Please be aware that the products that you ordered will no longer be held for you, so it is important that you respond as quickly as possible so that we do not sell out of the item you have ordered. In the event that we do sell out, your order will be put on the backorder list and we will ship it as soon as another shipment arrives.
If we do not receive a response from you the order will be cancelled after 10 days. An email notification will be sent in the event that your order is cancelled. We will ship an order as soon as we receive credit card approval.
Tip: If you wish to cancel an order, you must call us prior to shipment. Most orders are shipped the same day if placed before 2:00 PM EST or the next business day if placed after 2:00 PM EST.
Why was my card declined?
We are unable to determine why a card has been declined. Credit card companies do not disclose your account information to us, so please contact your bank directly for more information. To complete your order you may submit a different card or use an alternate form of payment.
