One quick look at the photo and its magnificent presentation is readily apparent - striking Collector's Edition tins, individually tubed cigars, handsome artwork - it's all impressive. But that's a mere fraction of the appeal, the real juice lies in the cigar itself. Well-aged Dominican and Nicaraguan long-fillers are hugged by a rich Broadleaf binder then finished with something very special....a silky USA Connecticut Shade wrapper grown way back in 1997. The result is an elegant, well-balanced smoke that's layered with nuances of cream, cedar, pepper, vanilla, and sweet spice. This one's special, no doubt, and it's unfortunate that it's a limited production run. Because I'm betting it sells out in a hurry.
