The cigar that Ernesto Perez-Carrillo has chosen to release in 2014 for the celebration of the 5th year anniversary of his eponymous company is the stronger EP Carrillo to date.  It is a beautiful blend comprised of Ecuadorian Sumatra-Seed wrapper, and Ecuadorian Corojo '99 binder, and fillers from Esteli, Condega, and Jalapa from Nicaragua. Only 30,000 cigars produced.

  Ernesto Perez-Carrillo, a legend in the industry since the success in the 90s of his La Gloria Cubana brand, has now created E.P. Carrillo which he runs with his family. In 2009, he began making the cigars that bear his name in his own factory called Tabacalera La Alianza located in Santiago, Dominican Republic.
