The Fratello Oro is mild cigar that is handmade in the Dominican Republic. It features a light-brown Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper that is draped over a Cameroon binder and long-filler tobaccos from the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua and Colombia. The Fratello Oro has an overall creamy profile that is accented with notes of pepper and dried fruit.

The standard Toro shape is 6 inches by 50 ring gauge.

The Dominican Republic is the world's first producer of cigars. The weather conditions, with a nearly permanent cloudy sky, provide a natural shade, protecting the wrapper plants from sunshine and allowing the tobacco to grow thin and light. This climate allows tobacco growers to grow Connecticut-seed wrapper in the shade without shade cloths, resulting in more economical wrapper.

The binder is a full tobacco leaf that is used to roll the cigar, binding the filler tobaccos together. 
Cameroon tobacco is fragile and thin but gives the cigar a sweet and light flavor. It is cultivated in the West African countries of Cameroon and Central African Republic.

Filler is the term used to describe the tobacco inside a cigar or the "guts" of the cigar.
