  The Gurkha Year of the Dragon cigar was crafted to welcome in the year 2024, which according to the Chinese Zodiac is represented by a dragon. It is the first time that Gurkha has released a cigar to celebrate the Chinese New Year (also referred to as the Lunar New Year). The cigars are handmade in the Dominican Republic from undisclosed proprietary tobacco and feature a savory maduro wrapper. Once rolled, the cigars are placed in a specially designed collectible box that commemorates the new year. According to the Chinese Zodiac, people born on the Year of the Dragon are considered ambitious and intelligent.
