The Ilegal San Andres Toro is a full-strength cigar that is handmade in Nicaragua by master cigar crafter Hirochi Robaina. Its toothy Mexican San Andres wrapper melds with a binder and filler made of tobaccos from an undisclosed origin to produce a potent but balanced cigar that has an overall sweetness with notes of spice. The Ilegal San Andres is produced by La Familia Robaina cigar company (formerly known as White Hat Cigars). "Ilegal' is the Spanish spelling of Illegal, and this awesome stick will hijack your senses.
