The L’Atelier LAT56 Selection Speciale uses the higher primings leaves from the hybrid Sancti Spiritus tobacco, which gives it a much richer and invigorating smoking indulgence. The cigar is composed of a dark, oily Ecuadorian Sancti Spiritus wrapper that sheaths a Nicaraguan binder and filler. When lit this medium to full-bodied toro offers a dark chocolatey and barnyard aroma accompanied by earthy, spicy, peppery, woody, and nutty notes that will appeal to veteran aficionados as well as novices. The cigar is handmade in Nicaragua by My Father Cigars.
