A medium-bodied smoke with soothing notes of vanilla, cedar, nuts, and a hint of fruitiness. Its Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper drapes a USA Connecticut Broadleaf binder, and a filler made of Brazilian Mata Fina, Dominican Olor, Dominican Piloto Cubano and Jalapa, Nicaragua leaves. The cigar’s binder was aged in French Oak barrels that once contained Flint Knoll’s 2019 Royal Appointment Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine left its distinct flavors on the barrels, which was then passed on to the tobacco. Aging the tobacco in these barrels adds a flavorful dimension and complexity to the cigars profile to create a “one-of-a-kind smoking experience.” The Macanudo Estate Reserve Flint Knoll No. 2 cigars are handmade in the Dominican Republic.
