  Well-known cigar makers Matt Booth and Justin Andrews developed the Sancho Panza Extra Chido’s blend by aging the cigar’s Dominican Piloto seco and ligero filler leaves in tercios. This is a traditional, time-tested aging process in which tobacco leaves are wrapped in bales of royal palm leaves. This method allows the tobacco’s aromas and flavors to fully develop. Once ready, the carefully aged leaves are blended with Nicaragua ligero filler leaves, and a Nicaraguan binder and finally covered by an Ecuadorian Sumatra-seed wrapper. Once lit, the Extra Chido delivers a lively and potent smoking experience that will have you coming back for more.

  Nicaraguan cigar binders are produced mainly in Esteli and Jalapa, both lands with volcanic soil and excellent climate for growing tobacco. Binders grown in Jalapa have sweet undertones. Corojo, Habana2000, Criollo, and Maduro binders are all produced in Nicaragua.
