Its smooth, reddish Nicaraguan Corojo ’98 wrapper cloaks a Nicaraguan Criollo ’98 and Corojo ’99 binder and a filler composed of Esteli and Jalapa Corojo ’99 and Criollo ’98, Jalapa Corojo ’99 Medio Tiempo leaves from Nicaragua. Unlike its predecessor, this Moon Garden uses Medio Tiempo leaves which enhances the cigar’s strength profile without being overpowering. The tobaccos used in the Warped Moon Garden is grown in farms owned by Aganorsa Leaf, which hand crafts the cigars at their factory in Nicaragua.

It is a medium bodied cigar that features a red-hued Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper, and it is married to a Nicaraguan binder and a filler made of Corojo and Criollo 98 tobaccos and delivers notes of sweetness and coffee with a sweet and creamy finish. The Moon Garden is a tweaked version of Warped’s Flor de Valle line.

  Nicaraguan Corojo '99 tobacco originated as a wrapper leaf in 1999 in Cuba. The seeds of the original Corojo '99 seed were planted in Ecuador, and these in turn were transplanted to Nicaragua. The leaf is appreciated for its excellent wrapper qualities and spiciness.
