  • Anonymous  Their recommendation for wineadors is based on vent design and worry about over-humidification, but I don't know if that's as much of an issue for wineadors with much larger capacities. The Excel has an air-tight sealed vent design whereas the Plus has an open vent so build-up can lead to over-humidification. But in larger humidors, you might need the extra capacity of the Plus.

Billy  How long is the ribbon wire? I have The Versaille humidor which is a large 300 count and i would like to place this in the bottom of the humidor and would like to make sure the wire will be long enough.

Never worry about running out of water with the Low Water Alert system that is available on both the unit and the app. Low maintenance, the EXCEL 3.0’s water cartridge is pre-treated and prefilled, and it only needs refilling with distilled water every 2 to 4 months.
