Protocol Cigars

Protocol cigar brand is made by Cubariqueno LLC, which was founded by Juan Cancel and Bill Ives two New York City police officers. The Protocol cigar line-up includes Protocol, Themis, Sir Robert Peel and Probable Cause. The cigars are handmade in Esteli, Nicaragua at the La Zona Factory which is owned by Erik Espinosa.
