We’re all familiar with famous/celebrity cigar aficionados like Michael Jordan, Groucho Marx, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jay-Z and many others. But did you know that comic book characters like to smoke cigars too? If you’re a fan of DC’s Superman comics, you probably know Perry White, the Daily Planet’s editor-in-chief liked to chomp on stogies when he wasn’t shouting, “Great Cesar’s Ghost!” Plus, Marvel’s the Amazing Spiderman’s alter ego Peter Parker had to deal with J. Jonas Jameson his ill-tempered boss who smoked cigars while trying to squash your friendly neighborhood Spiderman’s reputation.
