The Cigar Smoking World Championship takes place in a different location each year with 17 qualification tournaments, and the winner of the title is the person who smokes a cigar for the longest time. Out of 90 participants, the 2016 winner is Mirko Giotto from Switzerland, who smoked a Macanudo Inspirado Mareva 5” 1/8 x 42 in 2 hours and 32 minutes.
