Quesada Cigars foray into the tobacco and cigar industry started when a debt to the family was paid in tobacco. Manolo Quesada’s great-grandfather and his brother took the leafy currency and used it to start a tobacco brokerage company in Cuba back in the late 1800s. In the 1960s the family left Cuba and eventually got into crafting cigars. Over the years, this family owned, and operated enterprise has established itself as an industry leader.
