Southern Draw Morning Glory

Southern Draw's Morning Glory was created to celebrate the quiet beauty of a new day, a cigar designed for reflection, comfort, and balance. Crafted with a U.S. shade-grown Connecticut wrapper, it features a Nicaraguan binder and fillers of Corojo 99 and Criollo 98, offering a mellow-to-medium profile that’s flavorful without overwhelming the senses. You’ll find smooth notes of roasted nuts, cream, soft baking spices, and just a whisper of cedar. Whether you're starting your morning with coffee or winding down after a meal, Morning Glory delivers a gentle yet satisfying experience, made to honor the peaceful moments in life.

Overall, I found the Southern Draw Morning Glory to be okay but not anything that knocked my head off. It wasn't bad — far from it — but it didn't do a whole lot that truly impressed my palate. The flavors are clean, balanced, and pleasant enough, but as a person who tends to prefer medium-to-full-bodied cigars, this one felt a little too soft and subtle. All things considered, this was my first time ever smoking the Morning Glory, and I think it deserves a second chance. Sometimes a second smoke under changed conditions reveals dimensions you didn't catch the first time. I'll likely try it again sometime soon before rendering my final verdict.

Definitely got some creaminess, spice, and cedar from this. It was ok, nothing great. I preferred the Primrose

Over wrap was a little tight and didn’t give an airflow as expected in a midline cigar. Taste was average with the best in the 3rd of this cigar if given the time
