From its vintage tobacco to its unparalleled construction, the Cohiba Spectre 2021 Toro is hand crafted under the direct supervision of Cohiba’s Master Blender Jhonys Diaz in the Dominican Republic. This limited-edition cigar features a smooth coffee-bean brown Ecuadorian Habano maduro wrapper that has been carefully aged for five years. Once ready this delicate leaf is placed over a wrapper-grade USA Connecticut Broadleaf binder. Its filler is composed of Dominican Piloto Cubano (vintage 2014) leaves, which are paired with Nicaraguan Jalapa (vintage 2017) leaves that have been meticulously aged in sherry barrels. Once ready, the tobaccos are rolled by a master roller (who applies the wrapper) and a master buncher (who assembles the binder and filler). This is the same team that has been rolling the Spectre since its inception. Upon lighting, this exquisite premium cigar provides a full-bodied, medium-strength smoking indulgence with its rich complexity of flavors and aroma.
