My Uzi Weighs a Ton 7" * 70

My Uzi Weighs a Ton, or MUWAT, is a cigar blended by Jonathan Drew of Drew Estate and made at the Joya de Nicaragua factory utilizing tobaccos from both factories. This full-bodied large-gauge cigar consists of a Mexican San Andres wrapper covering an Ecuadorian binder and Brazilian and Nicaraguan tobaccos for a rich and earthy smoking experience, with a bright, sweet undertone through the finish.

  The wrapper is the last tobacco leaf to be rolled on the cigar, so it is the one the smoker will see.
  Mexican tobacco is very dark and the best leaves can be used as maduro wrappers. San Andres Maduro is a thick, medium bodied dark leaf, also called San Andres Morron. Like Connecticut Broadleaf, San Andres Maduro is stalk cut and used for binder and wrapper.

  The binder is a full tobacco leaf that is used to roll the cigar, binding the filler tobaccos together. 
  Ecuador is the perfect place to grow binders, because it is located on the Equator and it has rich soils too. The weather conditions, with a nearly permanent cloudy sky, provide a natural shade, protecting the plants from sunshine and allowing the tobacco to grow thin and light. Ecuador supplies Connecticut and Sumatra type binders to many cigar factory in the world.

  Brazil Mata Fina

  Filler is the term used to describe the tobacco inside a cigar or the "guts" of the cigar.
  Brazil produces rich, medium to strong, dark tobaccos with a sweet taste and aroma. Most of the cigar production is concentrated on the eastern coast of Brazil, in the state of Bahia. Mata Fina tobacco is grown in a region in the Reconcavo Basin of the State of Bahia called Mata Fina (which translated means "thin plants"). Tobacco was one of the natural crops in the region.
